Visit the Lubbock Downtown Farmers Market this Saturday June 24th from 9:00 Am to 1:00 PM at 5th Street & Ave. J.
After 14 years located in the Depot District, the Lubbock Downtown Farmers Market has moved to the Downtown Arts District! This season the market is located in the Plaza behind the Louise Hopkins Underwood Center for the Arts at 5th Street & Avenue J.
We are expecting a large number of vendors and food trucks this Saturday. As the season progresses expect a larger selection of vegetables fruits from our local farmers. This Saturday we will have our first Kid’s Corner with activities for your little ones. Bring your kids out to the KID’S CORNER this Saturday from 10:00AM – 11:00AM to make your own Greenhouse Glove!
Test your green thumb and grow your own plants from seed. Presented by Onion Shed Farms at the Lubbock Downtown Farmers Market on the LHUCA Plaza (5th Street & Avenue J)

LHUCA offers Tai Chi in the Galleries as part of the Healing Arts Program. The ancient art of Tai Chi unlocks the body’s ability to increase health, vitality, poise, and resilience. Class is taught by Trent Ryan, a 30-year veteran of the art. Come experience authentic Tai Chi and develop your internal power!
Tai Chi is part of Weekends at LHUCA and is offered free of charge.

Roll initiative is a beginner-friendly introduction to tabletop roleplaying games (TTPRGs), like Dungeons and Dragons. TTRPGs are games in which players use imagination, improv skills, and luck to play the role of a fictional character. Together with the Game Master (GM), players will journey on epic quests, battle monsters, solve puzzles, and become heroes in a two hour session.
Saturday sessions of Roll Initiative are offered for free to the Lubbock community as part of the Weekends at LHUCA program! This session will take place from 1-3 PM in LHUCA’s Graffiti Building. No materials or registration necessary!

LHUCA’s 5th Annual West Texas Battle of the Bands Competition
Join us on Saturday, June 24th for the exciting Finals Round of LHUCA’s 5th annual West Texas Battle of the Bands competition! The competition will take place at 6 PM in the LHUCA Plaza.
The night will feature pre-show performances from the 2022 winner and runner-up, Strawberry Season and Indego. Following the pre-show, the final 4 competitors will each perform a 15 minute set in front of a panel of judges who will determine the 2023 winner and runner up. Admission for the finale on June 24: adults are $5 and kids under 12 are free

Brews & Brunch” is officially back at Two Docs every Saturday. from 10 AM-2 PM! We’ll be serving delicious brunch brews like our “Weller-Mosa”, Red Beer, Cold Brew Coffee, and Brunch Bock, along with our normal craft beer selections.
We have a rotating list of food trucks lined up, so each Saturday will be different. Stay tuned to our socials to see who will be out each weekend!
