Roleplay at LHUCA: Roll Initiative
6 PM to 8:00 PM
Join the party with Roll Initiative!
Have you ever wanted to be a legendary sorcerer, a mischievous villain, or a roguish folk hero? Here’s your chance!
Roll initiative is a beginner-friendly introduction to the fun world of tabletop roleplaying games (TTPRGs), like Dungeons and Dragons! TTRPGs are games in which players use their imaginations to play the role of a character. Using dice and guidance from the Game Master, players dictate their character’s actions and improvise with other players as they explore a fantasy world. Dice rolls determine if a player achieves what they would like to do or if their story takes an unexpected, and often hilarious, turn.
During the two hour session, Roll Initiative participants will journey on epic quests and solve exciting puzzles. Whether it’s liberating small towns from bandits, exploring caves riddled with treasure and dragons, battling thieving goblins, or stealing tomes from magical mage towers, players are sure to have the adventure of a lifetime!
Roll Initiative runs from 6-8 PM in LHUCA’s Graffiti Building. Attendees must be 18+.
