Sustainable Food Center will be at the market this Saturday to share a Probadita from The Happy Kitchen/La Cocina Alegre cookbook!
A Probadita translates to ‘a small taste’ and features a taste of the market using locally grown produce and locally sourced goods from West Texas vendors at the market. On the menu this week is Peach Salsa, featuring fresh tomatoes from E3 Farm, onions from Block20 Produce, and peaches from Idalou Harvest Co.
