Sustainable Food Center will be at the Lubbock Downtown Farmers Market this weekend to share another Probadita from The Happy Kitchen/La Cocina Alegre cookbook.
A Probadita translates to ‘a small taste’ and features a taste of the market using locally grown produce and locally sourced goods from West Texas vendors at the market. On the menu this week is a Creamy Green Dressing, served with fresh, local produce from the market.
